Follow up to Darwin evening

The St Andrew’s book group will be discussing “Darwin and God” on 22nd September 2009 from 8pm. The book explores how Darwin’s faith changed with his scientific thinking and as he battled with suffering. It also gives an insight into his search for Truth. Of camels and Kings

Many St Andrew’s parishioners will remember Canon Graham Kings who was an Honorary Curate here between 1996 and 2000. One of the memorable highlights of that time was a camel ride from Oxford to Cambridge in aid of schools in Kenya. Cycle Ride in aid of Azul Wasi (Sunday 14th June)

A cycle ride in aid of Azul Wasi (the Blue House in Cusco, Peru) will take place on Sunday 14th June, leaving after church — around 11.30am.
