In a matter of days, it will be March, and then, in the blink of an eye, we will be in Lent and working our way towards Easter!

Each Sunday in March will begin with an 8 am Holy Communion service (BCP) in church. Following the said Communion service, there will be a 10 am service, which will vary throughout the month.

On the 2nd of March, there will be a Family Service in church followed by a Short Communion at 11:15 am. Junior church groups will meet in St Andrew’s Hall on the 9th of March while Sung Eucharist is in church. On the 16th, we will all be together for an All-Age Service in church. While Parish Communion happens in church on the 23rd, Cafe Church will meet in St Andrew’s Hall. To finish the month, we will gather together on the 30th of March for an All-Age Service on Mothering Sunday led in part by St Andrew’s Youth.

In addition to the services listed above (and pictured below), there will be two special services to mark Ash Wednesday, as well as two evening services. Ash Wednesday’s services will be held in church at 12 pm and 7 pm, respectively, where there will be holy communion and the Imposition of Ashes. The first of the evening services, Choral Evensong, will be held on the 2nd of March at 5:30 pm in church. The second, a contemplative service, will be held on the 16th of March at 5:30 pm in church.
