New 2025 Electoral Roll!

It’s that time again!

Every 6 years, St Andrew’s is required to compile a new church Electoral Roll – essentially our membership list, which gives the right to vote at our annual meeting and serve as Church Warden or Parochial Church Council members.

2025 is a year for a new Electoral Roll (which covers the years 2025 – 2031). So if you registered to be on the St Andrew’s Electoral Roll at any point in the last six years, you must register again to retain your vote.

If you live in the parish or have worshipped at St Andrew’s for at least the last six months, are baptised, over 16 years old, and consider yourself a lay member of the Church of England, you are most welcome to register to join the Electoral Roll this year. We want everyone qualified to be included in this way.

You have until Sunday 27 April to register on the new Electoral Roll. After that, no new names can be added until after the 2025 Annual Parochial Church Meeting, which will take place on Sunday 18 May, after the 10am service.

From this Sunday, registration forms will be available at the back of church. Alternatively, you can email the Electoral Roll Officer for a digital copy of the form: admin@standrews-chesterton.org.

The Church of England parish Electoral Roll has no connection to the political Electoral Register.
