The clocks have changed and November is upon us! Each Sunday this month begins with an 8:00 am Holy Communion service from the Book of Common Prayer.

On the 3rd there will be a Family Service at 10:00 am followed by a Short Communion at 11:15 am. At 4:00 pm, there will be a reflective service of quiet and choral music in church to remember friends and loved ones who have departed this life. During the service, a small “Garden of Remembrance” will be laid out with flowers placed before the altar and we shall read out names brought to the service by those who come.

On the 10th we will start in church with a Service of the Word and in St Andrew’s Hall with Junior Church before coming together in the churchyard to mark Remembrance Day. The following week (17th) there will be an All-Age Communion service at 10:00 am followed by a Contemplative service at 5:30 pm. To end the month, on the 24th there will be Parish Communion in church and Café Church in St Andrew’s Hall at 10:00 am.
