Merry Christmas! This is the month of waiting with anticipation until we joyfully announce the birth of Jesus. There are a lot of services this month – plenty of opportunities to get you in that Christmas spirit!
As always, there will be 8 am Holy Communion services every Sunday and also on the 25th of December.
Our 10 am Sunday services will be following a different rhythm this month. On the 7th there is Sung Eucharist in church and Junior Church Groups in St Andrew’s Hall. The 14th is a Family service followed by a short communion (c. 11:15). The following week, on the 21st, there is an All-Age Communion with Children’s nativity. To round the services up for the month, the 28th is an All-Age Communion.
In addition to these services, there are plenty of Christmas services as well! On the 14th at 4 pm there is a Christingle service in church. On the 18th, Community Carols is happening in church. During the week of Christmas, there is a Quiet Midday Communion in church at 12 pm as well as a Crib Service at 3 pm on the 23rd. The following day – Christmas Eve – will include Nine Lessons and Carols at 6:30 pm and Midnight Eucharist at 11:30 pm. Christmas day is going to be marked by an 8 am Communion Service and a 10 am All-Age Communion.
Everyone is very welcome to join us at any of our services. We look forward to worshipping with you.
