July Services

It’s July, one of my favourite months of the year here at St Andrew’s. Not only does school break up for the year, but we also get to celebrate Vassa Day!

This month, our 10 am services will follow a different pattern than usual. We will be starting with an All-Age Service on the 6th of July, followed by our usual second Sunday Sung Eucharist and Junior Church on the 13th of July. We will have a Family Service on the 20th of July to mark Vassa Day (with a short communion at 11:15). The youngest members of St Andrew’s will then be enjoying school holidays during which time we will be having All-Age Communions each week, starting with the 27th of July.

The pattern of our morning and evening services, however, will remain the same as usual. There will be an 8 am Holy Communion (BCP) every Sunday. The first of our two evening services will be on the 6th of July (Choral Evensong) and the second will be on the 20th of July (a contemplative Taizé Service).

Everyone is very welcome to join us at any of our services. We look forward to worshipping with you.
